About Digital Marketing & PPC
Most underperforming ad accounts aren't suffering from bad bidding. They're sending paid traffic to a page that doesn't answer the question the searcher asked, with no conversion tracking in place, so nobody can tell which half of the spend is working. Campaign work here starts by fixing the measurement and the destination, then the targeting.
That means proper keyword and negative keyword research, tightly themed campaigns, ad copy written against real search intent, landing pages built to convert rather than to look busy, and conversion tracking wired through Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads so every enquiry is attributable. Where the business runs on phone calls, as trades, salons, clinics and compliance services usually do, call assets and call tracking go in too. A form-only setup misses most of the demand.
I've run pay-per-click campaigns for a licensed asbestos removal company, a memorial heart health charity and a global online school, alongside the paid acquisition for my own ventures. Reporting is plain: spend, enquiries, cost per enquiry, and what changed this month.
Ideal For
- Local service businesses competing for high-intent searches
- Businesses already spending on ads with no clear return
- Launches that need demand before organic rankings exist
- Charities and organisations seeking reach on a controlled budget
How It Works
- Audit and measurement: Existing accounts, tracking and landing pages reviewed first. Without reliable conversion data, everything after this is guesswork.
- Strategy: Budget, geography and keyword themes agreed against a realistic cost per enquiry for your market.
- Build and launch: Campaigns, ad groups, copy, extensions and landing pages built out, with negatives in place from day one.
- Optimise and report: Ongoing search term review, bid and budget adjustments and creative testing, reported monthly in enquiries and cost rather than impressions.

Digital Marketing & PPC: Frequently Asked Questions
What budget do I need for Google Ads?
It depends on your market, geography and what a customer is worth to you. Competitive trades in a city cost far more per click than a niche service in a small area. Management fees are quoted separately from ad spend, and you pay Google directly, so you keep control of the account.
Do I own the Google Ads account?
Yes. Campaigns are built in an account you own, so the history, data and learnings stay with you if we ever stop working together.
Can you build landing pages for the campaigns?
Yes, and it usually makes the difference. Sending paid traffic to a generic homepage wastes a significant share of the budget. Landing page design and build is covered under website design and development.
Do you handle SEO as well as paid ads?
Technical and on-page SEO is part of every website build, and ongoing content work is covered under content and blog. Paid and organic work best together: paid buys visibility now, content compounds over time.
How do you report on performance?
Monthly, in plain terms: what was spent, how many enquiries it produced, what each enquiry cost and what was changed. No vanity metrics dressed up as results.
